WiiSe was created to bring together IT Service Management women; to share practical experiences of service management training and development, implementations, leadership, knowledge analysis, baselining and benchmarking.

 

IT Service Management includes the various methods and frameworks e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, CoBIT, MOF (Microsoft Operational Framework).

 

Members include individuals from the public and private sectors; freelance consultants and Interns/Trainees.

 

WiiSe currently requires no membership or joining fees.  If you would like to join in our discussions and debates, please request membership of the WiiSe group via www.linkedin.com; simply search within the Groups Directory using the term “Women in IT Service Management”.  Once you have joined you may display our logo on your CV or website - download logos from here.
